WatuFlex puts your school, your payroll, your accounts and your records on one machine in your own office — working at full speed with no internet, and growing more capable the moment you connect it. Your data does not leave the premises unless you decide it should.
WatuHRM, WatuSchool, WatuAccounts, WatuCRM, WatuKopesha, WatuFleet, WatuTime, WatuVisitor or WatuMEAL — the full edition, installed on WatuOS in your own office, with your own data. No payment and no card. Nothing is charged at the end: if you want to keep it, the licence is switched on and everything carries on; if not, it simply stops.
Already a WatuFlex client? Register with the e-mail address your organisation gave us at installation. That is how the website recognises you and opens the whole Repository — a different address only gets the free samples.
You do not need to understand Docker, Linux or servers to run WatuFlex. That is the entire point of building it this way.

This is the promise the whole platform is built around. Moving from the free edition to the commercial one is an activation, not a reinstallation. Same machine, same application, same data — features switch on.
Because every WatuOS installation already carries every application in its edition, adding a whole new system to your organisation is a licence change rather than an installation visit. If a licence ends, the applications keep running and your data stays exactly where it is — what stops is the cloud service: updates, new installs and off-site backup.
Pick the edition that matches the work. Every edition is the same operating system underneath — they differ only in which applications are licensed to run. Each one can be tried free for 30 days; the images are downloaded by clients and by organisations on a trial.
