Working offline

A Watu Box runs with no internet, and this repository is the one part of WatuHRM that lives online. Clients can download the whole Repository as an offline mirror from their account, put it on any web server on the local network and point the box at it — every link in the application follows, and the calculators work offline too.

Set it in the application environment and restart. No rebuild, no new ISO.
